About the role
- Ensure high potential college new hires have deep immersion into three distinct areas of Operations over 2.5 years
- Each three ten-month rotation equips new hires with hands-on work where they will learn the knowledge and skills critical to excel within Operations
- Graduate from the program with comprehensive and well-rounded capabilities
- Accelerate knowledge through supplemental development training among their cohort of program peers
- Participate in mentorship specifically designed to help support their transition from college into the bank
- Embark on operations development and administration
- Engage in process mapping, management, and execution
- Create process efficiencies
- Manage relationship and problem-solving and reconciliation
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of transaction management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed prior to start date
- Basic understanding of financial terms, concepts, and applications
- Ability to start fulltime development program on July 13, 2026
- Strong interest in operations and data analytics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed
- Developed problem solving skills and a solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges
- Outstanding teamwork and project execution skills with multitasking capability
- Unwavering integrity and ethics
- Proficient in Office 365, with strong skills in Excel
