About the role
- Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, support customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment
- Assist with calls from and to customers and manage reservations
- Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels
- Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to create equipment availability and accuracy
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
- Provide outstanding customer service and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
