About the role

  • You translate the potential of LLMs and generative AI into scalable business models and drive the strategic expansion of the U‑Glow portfolio.
  • You analyze technology trends and customer needs in the energy, healthcare and finance sectors to turn untapped market opportunities into concrete product features.
  • As the bridge between core engineering and market requirements, you validate prototypes and own the successful rollout of innovative software solutions.
  • You design robust investment scenarios and strategic decision papers that provide the foundation for our next growth phases.
  • You define and monitor relevant growth KPIs and derive iterative optimizations to ensure our solutions achieve market leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience developing and implementing growth strategies for software products.
  • Extensive knowledge of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong ability for data-driven decision-making and modeling complex business cases.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent German (C2/native) and good English.
