• You will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from writing job postings and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews
• You will actively shape the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a successful introduction
• You will support online marketing, create creative content for various social media channels and contribute your own ideas
• You will join brief team meetings and work closely with different departments

HR Intern – Employer Branding & Recruiting

• Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess : von der Erstellung der Stellenanzeigen über die Sichtung von Bewerbungen bis zur Koordination von Interviews
• Du gestaltest das Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen aktiv mit und sorgst für einen erfolgreichen Einstieg
• Du unterstützt im Online-Marketing , erstellst kreative Beiträge für verschiedene Social-Media-Kanäle und bringst eigene Ideen ein
• Du nimmst an kurzen Team-Meetings teil und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen
