- You take full ownership of the entire recruiting process: from creating job postings and screening applications to coordinating interviews
- You actively help shape the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a smooth and successful start
- You support online marketing, create creative content for various social media channels, and contribute your own ideas
- You participate in short team meetings and work closely with different departments
Requirements
- You are studying business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on HR or personnel management
- You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a good sense of their needs
- You are self-motivated, organized, and able to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- You enjoy taking on new challenges and finding creative solutions
- You have excellent German and good English skills
