Project Manager

• Work in a team to ensure that projects are set up to properly capture costs, recognize revenue, and bill customers to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures regarding project setup and update project information periodically as needed
• Ability to pull financial information from databases and process that information to produce reports, simplify, and present/explain it to your partners and team.
• Perform routine and non-routine project financial reporting including but not limited to Project Profit and Loss Statements, Forecast Modeling, Project Status Reports, 75% Funding Notifications, Estimates to Complete, Estimates at Completion, Forecast and Budget Reports, Invoice Backup Reports, and various other client-specific reports for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review invoices, timesheets, subcontractor invoices, vendor invoices, travel documentation, funding statements, etc. to verify all entries are compliant with policies and procedures and captured appropriately
• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and assessing contracts taking into consideration revenue recognition models and criteria
• Lead the financial reporting, analysis and forecasting for Government Portfolios/Projects.
• Maintain records for each project for auditability: invoices, contracts, etc. Consider factors such as revenue backlog, pipeline, project modifications, staffing changes, subcontractor costs, ODCs, overhead and SG&A costs, etc.
• Partner with leadership to help manage P&L
• Partner with Operations and Project managers to help manage projects, maintain/increase profitability
• Foster formal and informal communication networks between all stakeholders including but not limited to: Vertical Leadership, Operations Teams, Project Managers, Customers, Accounting, Contracts, Legal

Project Control Analyst

Program Manager

• Ensure strict compliance with all DoDEA contract requirements and PWS specifications.
• Submit and maintain accurate reports and documentation, including personnel rosters, vehicle lists, incident reports, and training memoranda.
• Manage the peer and approval review process for all program documentation, both Tyto internal and program deliverables (CDRLs).
• Manage all personnel, supervision and services necessary to perform all information technology tasks and functions identified in the PWS in accordance with DoDEA published documentation (customer advisory notices, facility advisory notices and information assurance vulnerability management notices).
• Lead all technical support services to meet the DoDEA requirements and comply with Service Level Agreements outlined in the PWS.
• Ensure readiness and organize surge support at any point during the contract period of performance for DoDEA IT projects and events to meet timelines and/or school readiness.
• Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support and participate in all required client facing meetings.
• Travel in and around the primary place of performance may be required throughout the period of performance.

Security Engineer

• Provides technical security administrative duties for infrastructure related to firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanning, security monitoring tools, authentication, web filtering, identity management, access control systems, and their associated logs and processes
• Ensures compliance with CMMC 2.0, ISO 27k and other frameworks
• Perform vulnerability testing, remediation planning, risk analysis, security assessments and make updates to the assessment as required
• Monitors SLAs for responsiveness and coverage; act as liaison with MSSP
• Track and document system security findings, audit results, and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with program and IT staff to resolve identified security issues and risks
• Reviewing network security settings and configurations against industry benchmarks
• Define access privileges, control structures, resources, system hardening guidelines
• Monitor, respond, investigate, and remediate security alerts and/or incidents
• Maintain and test Information Security Incident Response Plan, and related procedures and standards
• Works with 3 rd Party auditor to maintain up to date policies, procedures, and standards
• Participates as a technical advisor for a variety of ad-hoc information security projects that will be dictated by current business and technological developments
• Identification of tool / solution needs and requirements working with technology support teams to coordinate setup and deployment
• Attending cyber security related events and networking with industry peers to inform engineering and operations processes of effective risk mitigation strategies for cyber-attacks

Information Systems Security Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure using Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) for various client projects.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC), with a primary focus on Terraform, ensuring consistency and repeatability across client environments.
• Collaborate with client development teams to improve application deployment and release processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on AWS for clients, ensuring high availability and uptime.
• Monitor system performance using Amazon CloudWatch, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and scalability within the AWS ecosystem for our clients.
• Implement and maintain robust monitoring and logging solutions using Amazon CloudWatch Logs, Splunk, or similar, customized to client requirements.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies for AWS and DevOps consulting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS and DevOps trends and technologies.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed for client projects.
