About the role

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, ensuring it delivers value to customers and the business.
  • Report to the VP of Product and work closely with engineers, designers, analytics, marketing, and operations, building and deploying the technology that powers the future of consumer lending.
  • Lead the Squad to improve product onboarding conversion and deliver new products aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop the roadmap and product specs, drive features to completion, and work closely with go-to-market teams to ensure we are creating value for customers.
  • Bring innovative product ideas based on a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Represent the team’s work and collaborate across the business to measure the success of product initiatives and new features implemented.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to ensure critical dates and metrics are met.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience delivering impactful consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong data insight skills — able to self-serve, analyse customer behaviour, and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Proven track record designing and improving customer journeys that solve pain points and drive adoption.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience shipping features across iOS, Android, and Web.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex environment (scale-up working with an enterprise partner), balancing speed with governance.
  • Previous experience in fintech, lending, or payments is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to AI product development — e.g. nudges, personalisation, education tools.
  • A customer-first mindset, bringing empathy and clarity to financial experiences.
