About the role
- Guide product discovery and development with focus on aligning product strategy with business objectives
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, user research, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Define and document product features and user stories for the development team
- Work with engineering and QA to prioritize the product backlog and ensure on-time delivery of product improvements
- Create roadmaps and ensure products are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, UI/UX design, UX research, marketing, and sales
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product
- Cultivate thought leadership by sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies
Requirements
- 4 years+ of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of operating as a Senior Product Manager
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science or a related field
- Combination of technical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset and strong business acumen
- Ability to define meaningful OKRs and KPIs
- Ability to prototype with AI tools for ideation and rapid validation
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytics to monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Problem-solving skills with analytical nature and flexibility
- Strong understanding of product team objectives and organizational knowledge of marketing, sales, and finance
