About the role

  • Play a critical, hands-on role in leading and executing client implementations within the ERP team.
  • Responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation, system configuration, client training, and ongoing support.
  • Own project tracking, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Contribute to solution design, process optimization, and revenue growth through client relationship management.
  • Engage in billable client work, including direct client interactions utilizing accounting and advisory expertise.
  • Report to the Team Manager(s), ERP.

Requirements

  • 3+ experience in ERP implementations, with direct configuration and delivery responsibility or related professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or in lieu of degree 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes.
  • 3+ years of Intacct experience
  • 3+ years working in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment.
  • Experience in managing teams, developing training programs, and optimizing workforce productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
