About the role

  • From PoC to Go-Live: design, develop and implement data, AI and advanced analytics solutions
  • Programming & Automation: Python scripts, APIs, small web apps (e.g., Flask, Streamlit, FastAPI)
  • Data Engineering & Analytics: build data pipelines, connect databases, and process and analyze large datasets
  • Machine Learning: build ML pipelines, train models, run analyses and detect patterns
  • Visualize & Present: communicate dashboards, reports and insights clearly and concisely
  • Stakeholder Management: translate technical content into clear language for business teams and coordinate closely with clients

Requirements

  • Experience in or affinity for multiple data disciplines (Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Development)
  • Proficiency with Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel — and a willingness to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience working with large datasets and machine learning methods
  • Pragmatism, initiative and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German (C1+)
