Customer Support

• Respond to inbound enquiries across phone and email, ensuring all customers receive timely, professional assistance.
• Triage queries, identify next steps, and direct enquiries to appropriate internal teams as required.
• Confidently explain product features, benefits, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing for the primary brand and other insurance products.
• Qualify prospects by asking targeted questions and guide them through the sales process from enquiry to policy confirmation.
• Manage outbound follow-ups to convert warm leads and incomplete applications into active sales.
• Ensure all customer interactions, updates, and policy details are logged accurately within CRM systems.
• Handle post-sale enquiries, including activation, document delivery, and basic amendment requests.
• Monitor recurring themes in customer queries to improve support documentation and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service delivery and sales performance.

• Build, customize, and maintain Shopify B2C (and future B2B) storefronts, ensuring fast, consistent, and user-friendly experiences.
• Manage third-party integrations (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Elevar, marketing pixels) for smooth performance and scalability.
• Set up and optimize tracking systems (GA4, GTM, attribution tools) for accurate data and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing on CRO efforts—A/B testing, funnel optimization, and heatmap analysis.
• Maintain QA processes (bug tracking, version control, rollback) for stable site performance and improve site speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness to boost traffic and sales across regions.
• Test and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, product recommendations, visual search) using A/B testing.
• Ensure global compliance (GDPR, WCAG, FTC) across all storefronts.

Shopify Developer, Shopify Plus

Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimise 5 rotating marketing campaigns across targeted segments (homeowners, real estate, builders, interior designers, local industry sectors).
• Conduct outbound marketing, including email outreach, follow-up sequences, campaign nurturing, and basic cold leads activation.
• Build and manage client's Proposal-type outreach frameworks, targeting local real estate professionals and referral partners.
• Prepare marketing proposals, pitch sheets, and campaign messaging aligned with our brand and offerings.
• Conduct data scraping to build high-quality, accurate lead lists for: » Real estate agencies » Builders / renovation companies » Interior designers » Local industry sectors » High-value homeowner pockets
