About the role
- Twin Health empowers people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases by building The Whole Body Digital Twin.
As a Senior Coordinator, Clinical Systems & Operations, you will optimize Twin Health's clinical operations and develop reports, tracking, and reporting on key metrics.
Combine data analysis with Clinical Delivery Management operations including data entry, root cause analysis, and support for integrations and data migration across Salesforce, Medallion, Clinicapp, and Zendesk.
Collaborate with CDM workstreams—Eligibility Ops, Licensing Ops, Member Experience, Clinical Ops, and Launch Readiness—to drive data-driven decisions and improved patient care.
Manage and prioritize support tickets across Clinical Delivery teams, monitor system performance, and act as a technical resource for data visualization tools.
Support operational analytics projects, monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in forecasting demand for services and resources.
Develop and maintain training programs, training materials, and provide hands-on training sessions for analytics tools.
Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions, generate KPI reports, create real-time dashboards, and write/optimize SQL scripts for data extraction.
Identify operational inefficiencies, support quality assurance initiatives, collaborate with business leaders, and ensure analytics adhere to SOPs.
Serve as liaison between Clinical Delivery and technical/product teams, collaborate with Salesforce and partner integrations, and provide operational updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with clinical data (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential; basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to data-driven problem-solving.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (particularly Sheets and Slides).
Experience with industry reporting tools like Tableau, Redash, or LightDash for metrics and visualizations.
Experience with Zendesk for ticket management.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, set priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with data structures and relational database design.
Experience with survey or questionnaire data analysis (preferred).
Adaptable to an evolving technical, contractual, and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data for a non-technical, clinical audience.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Friendly, collaborative, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment.
