Own the product strategy and roadmap for payments and billing infrastructure (subscription lifecycle, transaction flows, pay-as-you-go, invoiced customers, compliance)
Partner with engineering to define product specifications, design features, and deliver new functionality to customers
Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, Risk, GTM, Engineering, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems
Define and deliver against outcomes with a strong focus on metrics, speed, and business impact
Partner across Technical Program Management, IT, Finance, Legal, and Support teams to ensure successful go-to-market for new product initiatives
Iterate on core billing and payments infrastructure balancing business needs with long-term platform scalability
Drive planning and prioritization, define and track key metrics, and work closely with engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap
Engage with external customers and internal partner teams to gather product requirements and feedback through discussions, presentations, and preview programs
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, ideally with billing/payment platforms for cloud products or services
Passion and ability to decompose ambiguous problem areas
Strong analytical skills

Track record of delivering high-impact features from vision to specification to launch
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across complex, cross-functional products at scale
High ownership mindset (urgency, challenge blockers, escalate when necessary)
Deep payments fluency (strategy, incentives, mechanics behind billing and payments)
Vendor leadership experience with partners like Stripe, Zuora, tax tools, and compliance systems
Excellent communicator with experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
