About the role
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of international and domestic risk analysts
- Conduct and oversee complex risk assessments across microservices architectures
- Operationalize the One Twilio Risk Management framework
- Develop and deliver high-impact, executive-level risk reporting
- Identify and design efficient process workflows within Jira and GRC tools
- Deliver "outside the box" risk solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors and regulators
Requirements
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity or Information Security
- at least 4+ years in a people management role leading international teams
- negotiation & diplomacy skills
- deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- experience in Telecommunications sector is highly preferred
- proven track record of implementing risk frameworks such as NIST RMF, ISO 3100
- power-user level proficiency in Jira and experience with security tooling and GRC platforms
- strategic mindset to pivot quickly between tactical "firefighting" and long-term strategic planning
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- proven ability to adapt to a specific company culture while driving necessary change and maturity
