About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of international and domestic risk analysts
  • Conduct and oversee complex risk assessments across microservices architectures
  • Operationalize the One Twilio Risk Management framework
  • Develop and deliver high-impact, executive-level risk reporting
  • Identify and design efficient process workflows within Jira and GRC tools
  • Deliver "outside the box" risk solutions
  • Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors and regulators

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Cybersecurity or Information Security
  • at least 4+ years in a people management role leading international teams
  • negotiation & diplomacy skills
  • deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
  • experience in Telecommunications sector is highly preferred
  • proven track record of implementing risk frameworks such as NIST RMF, ISO 3100
  • power-user level proficiency in Jira and experience with security tooling and GRC platforms
  • strategic mindset to pivot quickly between tactical "firefighting" and long-term strategic planning
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • proven ability to adapt to a specific company culture while driving necessary change and maturity
