Orchestrate end-to-end lifecycle of security compliance initiatives
Identify and neutralize project bottlenecks
Lead HIPAA Security Rule assessments
Translate technical gaps into actionable remediation strategies
Govern remediation workflows
Build scalable security control frameworks and monitoring programs
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HIPAA and security compliance frameworks
Partner with Product and Engineering for "Security by Design" principles
Drive operational excellence with standardized, data-driven reporting

Requirements

5+ years of Security Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management experience, ideally with HIPAA compliance
2+ years working with technical security and Engineering/IT for technical control solutions
2+ years of project management experience in security or technical field
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems and create win-win solutions
Experience securing cloud solutions including AWS and GCP (desired)
Information Security related certification highly preferred (CISA, CISM, GIAC, CISSP)
