Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skill
- Good technical understanding in at least one of these areas: Welding technologies and processes, Mechanical engineering (Familiarity with manufacturing processes, coded construction, maintenance practices or plant operations), Chemical technology (corrosion focus), Painting and Coating
- Exposure to marketing and sales fundamentals with good knowledge digital tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align customer need with training solutions that demonstrate measurable impact
- Confidence in engaging with technical decision makers and presenting complex value proposition clearly
- Engineering graduate in Welding, Chemical Technology, Corrosion, Civil engineering, Aerospace engineering, Metallurgical and Materials engineering, Ocean engineering and Naval architecture, Manufacturing, Quality engineering
- Willingness to travel within the regions as required
