• Management of day-to-day Operations
• Ability to maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associates

• Monitor labor productivity
• Support the sales efforts of the hotel and in generating revenue opportunities

Assistant General Manager – Rooms

• Management of day to day Food & Beverage operations
• Maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication
• Execute B&F to the highest quality of service
• Select/assist in the selection of hotel associates
• Assist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs
• Monitor labor productivity for front of house and back of house
• Train department in all duties and empowerment needed to reach top performance levels
• Support the sales efforts of the hotel and in generating revenue opportunities
• Complete inventory, ordering and re-stocking of B&F

Food Manager

Auditor

• Balance & account for all daily cash and charge transactions
• Review & analyze all adjustments
• Post room, tax and miscellaneous charges to guest folios
• Ensure all guest charges have been balances from the various outlets and applied to the correct guest ledgers
• Inform general manager of control issues
• Follow audit binder and checklist required for duties and timelines

Night Auditor, Rooms

• Help craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns!

Accounting Manager

• Assist with monthly financial analysis and account reconciliations
• Verify and reconcile daily cash and credit card deposits using Profit Sage and bank portals (Wells Fargo CEO, BofA CashPro, Preferred Bank)
• Investigate discrepancies and work with Hotel GMs to resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with operations to monitor hotel ledger accounts and systems
• Support the Senior Staff Accountant with daily tasks and month-end processes
• Oversee the chargeback process, ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Review and ensure completion of daily Income Audit reports (revenue balancing, tax balancing, credit card submissions, cash reporting)
• Assist with mapping and correcting out-of-balance income journals
• Provide training to GMs on Profit Sage mapping and reconciliation
• Help prepare monthly financial reports, tax filings, accruals, and prepaid entries
• Ensure compliance with company policies for revenue postings, petty cash, and expense reporting

Accounting Staff

Controller

• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with Operations Team in overseeing property-based accounting processes
• Monitors labor, costs and expenses, making recommendations as needed for improvement
• Assists property General Manager to monitor Guest Ledgers, Accounts Receivables and credit processes
• Assists in monthly forecasts with Regional Directors of Operations
• Manages hotel cash flow, implement strategies to keep a positive cash flow
• Conduct hotel audits as needed
• Communicate and work with Owners
• Complete cash and balance sheet reconciliations
• Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements
