About the role

  • Create compelling, trend-driven designs for commercial cosmetics merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market expectations.
  • Produce production-ready templates and artwork files, ensuring technical accuracy for manufacturing.
  • Ensure consistency across product collections by deeply understanding and adhering to client branding guidelines.
  • Conceptualize innovative designs with an understanding of client preferences, target consumers, and industry trends.
  • Maintain highly organized file structures for efficiency and easy access to design assets.
  • Execute Photoshop renderings, production file setup, tech packs, and document creation for seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams, including Creative, Development, and Production, to bring concepts to life.
  • Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high-quality artwork delivery.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Execute internal marketing materials, presentations, and decks that support Twelve’s brand storytelling and sales efforts.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in art, design, typography, and product development, integrating fresh ideas into creative solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in relevant design experience, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or accessories.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, experience in Dimensions / Substance is a plus).
  • Experience combining typography, graphics, and illustrations to create impactful product designs.
  • Strong skills in illustration, pattern-making, and typography.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files, dielines, templates, tech packs, and post-production artwork.
  • Strong adaptability in working within other designers' files with non-destructive editing methods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while also taking ownership of independent projects.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly communicative in a team environment.
