About the role
- Design and produce display ads, social tiles, banners, and paid media creative for demand generation campaigns, including rapid iteration and A/B variants
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and case study layouts
- Design product marketing assets: launch graphics, feature announcement visuals, blog thumbnails, newsletter templates, and event collateral
- Produce short-form video and motion graphics for social, product demos, and campaign creative
- Build and maintain a library of reusable marketing templates in Figma that empower non-designers to self-serve for routine assets
- Partner with the Brand Designer to ensure all marketing output stays on-brand while adapting to channel-specific requirements
- Support event and conference design needs, booth graphics, signage, swag, and digital assets for shows like NAB, IBC, and developer conferences
- Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity as we scale, bringing ideas for how marketing creative can differentiate TwelveLabs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, visual design, or a related role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital ads, sales collateral, social media assets, and marketing campaigns
- Expert-level Figma skills; comfortable building component libraries and design systems for marketing use
- Working knowledge of motion/video tools (After Effects, Lottie, or similar), you don't need to be a motion specialist, but you can produce polished animations and short video edits
- Experience designing for performance marketing, you understand that a display ad isn't just pretty, it needs to convert
- Ability to move fast and manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality, you're comfortable with "good enough to ship" when speed matters and "pixel-perfect" when it counts
- Strong typographic sense, color theory fundamentals, and layout skills
- Familiarity with web and email design constraints (responsive layouts, accessibility basics, email client quirks)
