Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common customer requirements and technical challenges.
Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams, helping shape product roadmaps and future capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development, with a deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.
Have experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, with a track record of building trusted technical relationships.
Are an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.
Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
Bring a collaborative, humble attitude with an eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.
