• Gather and validate employee time and attendance data
• Process payroll, including wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses
• Maintain accurate payroll records and audit data for accuracy
• Respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries via ServiceNow
• Execute payroll payments via electronic transfer or paycheck
• Partner with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to resolve issues and tax inquiries
• Review and update SOPs and support process improvements
• Ensure payroll controls are in place and functioning effectively
• Escalate payroll issues as needed and support resolution
• Prepare payroll-related reports for leadership and finance
