About the role

Manage policy renewals by monitoring expirations, churn, and renewal rates.
Track commercial production (daily, weekly, and monthly), analyzing performance by channel, team, and product.
Ensure CRM data quality and currency, monitoring the sales funnel and conversion rates.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Experience with CRM systems, commercial KPIs, and data analysis.
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools is desirable.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with commercial teams and leadership.
