- Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department
- Safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health
- Ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations
Requirements

- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Certification in food safety, as required by state regulations
