About the role
- The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing.
- Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting.
- Develop new processes, and work leads.
Requirements
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
- Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
- Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
- Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
- Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
- Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
- Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
