About the role
- Overseeing the financial operations of various skilled nursing facilities within our network
- Traveling to different locations, ensuring the smooth functioning of business office operations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Upholding the highest standards of fiscal responsibility
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on skilled nursing facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administrator, Business Management, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience in healthcare billing systems (e.g. PointClickCare, Epic)
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations and reimbursement processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Proven leadership abilities, including experience in team management, training, and development
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently; travel may include overnight stays, flexibility and willingness to accommodate travel schedules required
