About the role

  • Support the delivery of capital projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, and data center sectors
  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and assess quality compliance
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Contribute to the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations
  • Support project governance processes
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting capital projects
  • Strong understanding of project controls, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM, OSHA 30, or LEED Green Associate are beneficial
