About the role
- Support the delivery of capital projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, and data center sectors
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and assess quality compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations
- Support project governance processes
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting capital projects
- Strong understanding of project controls, including budgeting and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional certifications such as CAPM, OSHA 30, or LEED Green Associate are beneficial
