Lead multiple large-scale projects across real estate, healthcare, and mission-critical environments.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.
Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics.
Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred and may substitute for some experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing capital projects.
Extensive experience in project controls, including developing and managing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics on large-scale programs.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms.
