Sales Development Rep

• Prospect and qualify outbound leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Follow up on inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated through campaigns, content, and events
• Book discovery calls and product demos
• Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and identify pain points
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
• Meet and track weekly KPIs including outreach volume, connect rates, and meetings booked
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and messaging refinement
• Learn and articulate Turn's value proposition across key verticals including staffing, gig economy, healthcare, and retail
