• Month-end close in QBO: bank/AMEX reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, vendor bill review, journal entries, variance checks.
• Invoicing support: ensure invoice detail accuracy; investigate discrepancies with contracts/pricing.
• AR/AP management: aging reviews, collections follow-ups, vendor payments scheduling, vendor data upkeep.
• QBO hygiene & cleanup: chart-of-accounts consistency, class/location use, attachment policies, rules, and memos.
• Process automation: propose/implement lightweight automations in QBO/Sheets; comfort collaborating with AI agents for recurring tasks.

Accounting Operations, Quickbooks Specialist – Contractor

Growth Marketing

• Drive Turn’s outbound growth and digital presence as a hands-on individual contributor
• Own end-to-end campaign execution: writing and publishing content, running digital ads, managing outreach sequences, and reporting on performance
• Build and manage outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, HubSpot/Amplemarket), including prospect list creation, sequencing, and reporting
• Execute multi-touch campaigns for events, product launches, and seasonal pushes
• Write and publish blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and white papers; create ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets
• Repurpose long-form content into social, email, and paid campaigns
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic); track ROI and adjust spend based on lead generation and CPL goals
• Coordinate A/B testing for messaging, design, and audience segments
• Build and maintain dashboards on campaign performance and pipeline contribution; analyze trends and provide insights to Sales leadership
• Report to VP of Sales as an individual contributor focused on pipeline generation
