Account Executive

• Performs inside sales from the branch office during training and occasionally over the course of the peak selling season. Transition to perform outside sales in residential areas, weather permitting.
• Learn and perform our outdoor systems; Visiting potential buyers via door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs.
• Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced.
• Explain the benefits and features that All Turf services and set realistic expectations.
• Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease, and programs we offer.
• Learn our Tree/Shrub program, Mosquito Program
• Generates additional sales revenue by cross-selling to current customers.
• Compile lists of potential customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertisement, community activities, and other resources.
• Responsible for completing marketing targeted areas for sales on a weekly basis.
• Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome and probe for further information on customer needs.
• Collects customer contact information to enter into the database for future opportunities.
• Estimates date of service for customer based on knowledge of branch production and service schedules.
• Prepares and maintains accurate sales reports.

Outside Sales Consultant

• Responsible for generating new business using outside sales techniques
• Maintaining existing customer relationships
• Promoting lawn care services to residential and commercial clients
• Identify and target prospective customers through various channels, including door-to-door visits, referrals, networking, and marketing leads
• Conduct in-person consultations with clients to assess their lawn care needs and recommend suitable chemical treatment plans
• Present and sell lawn care services, products, and packages to residential and commercial clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Follow up on leads and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs promptly and professionally
• Plan daily routes and appointments to maximize efficiency and coverage
• Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s lawn care products and services, including chemical applications and seasonal treatments
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation and promotional campaigns
