Field Engineer

• Repair and maintain existing equipment and systems across the full range of products
• Exceed performance targets as set by the Service Manager
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all the company's core products
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and first line repairs
• Provide technical assistance and training to team members and customers
• Participate in the resolution of customer satisfaction issues
• Assist with installation related activities
• Be part of a standby rota to support all company products
