About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Repair and maintain existing equipment and systems across the full range of products
Exceed performance targets as set by the Service Manager
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all the company's core products
Perform preventative maintenance checks and first line repairs
Provide technical assistance and training to team members and customers
Participate in the resolution of customer satisfaction issues
Assist with installation related activities
Be part of a standby rota to support all company products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Field Engineer
Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
Experience of testing Fire Systems
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable.
