About the role

  • Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods.
  • Handle incoming leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit with our offerings.
  • Re-engage with lost or inactive leads to rekindle their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to manage and track leads (e.g. Gong, Apollo, Hunter, Expandi, Snov.io, LinkedIn, Hubspot, etc)
  • Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with sales executives and other team members.
  • Driven by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
