About the role
- Oversee the strategy, design, and compliance of benefit programs
- Accountable for the operational integrity of day-to-day administration and team performance
- Acts as a proactive change agent to navigate organizational shifts and transformations
- Serve as a strategic consultant to the VP, proactively identifying opportunities for plan optimization
- Plan and direct the implementation and administration of benefits programs
- Champions Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) as foundational elements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
- Seven (7) years of progressive benefits leadership experience
- Workday experience required, preferable strong experience with Workday Benefits and Absence
- Proven ability to manage complex benefits systems, integrations, and vendors
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and multi-state compliance requirements
