About the role
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clinical and engagement staff, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Coordinate and schedule trainings with subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring that educational programs are aligned with clinical and operational needs
- Develop and implement training materials, guides, and resources to support staff education and professional development
- Ensure compliance with clinical training standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices
- Track and monitor staff training progress, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Facilitate orientation sessions and hands-on clinical training to support new hires in their roles
- Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records, ensuring all staff meet necessary training and certification requirements
- Provide support and mentorship to new hires and existing staff, reinforcing key learning objectives and protocols
- Stay updated on clinical best practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical training, onboarding, or nursing education
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field (master’s preferred)
- Strong ability to coordinate training programs and collaborate with subject matter experts
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure smooth training execution
- Experience developing training materials, curriculum, and competency assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new hires, trainers, and leadership teams
- Ability to track and analyze training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools
- Passion for staff development, mentorship, and fostering a strong learning culture
