Ensure high-quality execution by collaborating closely during build and validating outcomes.
Contribute to and evolve shared patterns, components, and platform consistency.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall platform experience across products and brands.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design across all work.

Requirements

Proven experience designing complex digital products (B2B or SaaS strongly preferred).
Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual craft, with the ability to apply it in complex, real-world systems.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively shaping direction, not just executing against specs.
Able to break down complex systems and design scalable, coherent solutions.
Clear, confident communicator who can articulate decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
Experience collaborating deeply with product and engineering to drive outcomes.
Detail-oriented, with strong judgment on when to go deep vs. move fast.
Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
Open to feedback and continuous iteration.
