About the role
- Monitor, operate, and support day-to-day network systems with an intermediate level of proficiency
- Assist with quality assurance and testing of network infrastructure and services
- Identify network issues, investigate root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute recommendations for improvements to network systems, tools, and processes
- Collaborate within a broader product or system, building influence through technical contributions and teamwork
Requirements
- 3+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining complex network operating systems
- Ability to work within established guidelines to resolve moderately complex, well-defined problems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Comfort working independently with general supervision and clear objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in network operations or a related engineering role
