💰 $44,000 - $48,000 per year

About the role

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Provide an extraordinary customer experience in every interaction
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and live chats
  • Assist customers in selecting the right internet (and optional mobile) plans
  • Thoroughly update lead status, customer records, and interaction notes in our CRM
  • Make outbound follow-up calls and/or send emails to sales leads
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of our internet, mobile, and value-added service offerings

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar customer-facing sales role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas in previous positions
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to think on your feet and adjust your communication style
  • A customer-centric attitude
  • High level of accountability and personal drive
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and similar software
