About the role
- Champion the interests of the assembly organizations within the Integrated Electronics business
- Make/Approve process decisions
- Identify areas needed for change management
- Develop a strong rapport with the stakeholders at each site
- Attend all onsite blueprinting, conference room pilots, user acceptance test and go live meetings
- Identify operational difficulties that users have in daily operations
- Liaising between users and IT implementation team
- Understand AS IS processes at local sites
- Help identify gaps in TO BE processes
- Approve changes in TO BE processes
- Develop and execute training plans for onsite training in Oracle EBS
- Raise issues to steering committee as needed for high level decisions
- Advocates for the business
- Global expert in functional area
- Assist in bringing Super Users up to speed on various processes
- Work with site management to ensure availability of Super Users
- Assist Super Users with training the End Users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ Years of practical experience and deep business knowledge of best practices in supply chain management within the defense industry
- Experience with Oracle EBS or related systems and processes strongly preferred
