About the role

  • Monitor environments, analyze alerts, log incidents and notify internal teams. Responsible for maintaining stable operations and communicating critical events.
  • Manage batch jobs, control job conditions, analyze logs, monitor queues and schedules, and maintain critical processing routines.
  • Administer, maintain and optimize databases in critical environments, focusing on high availability, performance, security and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Support Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms, ensuring stability, security and availability.
  • Administer and support Linux and Unix servers in critical environments, ensuring performance, availability and security. Responsible for automation, continuous improvement, advanced support and participation in modernization and cloud migration projects. Interact with international teams and operate in highly complex environments.
  • Administer network equipment, ensuring connectivity, stability and security in highly critical datacenters. Responsible for advanced configurations on Cisco Nexus switches, F5 load balancers and SD‑WAN solutions, as well as applying updates and supporting multiple infrastructure disciplines. Work collaboratively in sensitive, continuous operations.
  • Support security environments by administering firewalls, VPNs, IPS and protection policies. Responsible for implementing rules, conducting analyses, documenting processes, ensuring compliance and responding to incidents in mission‑critical environments. Provide support to internal customers, gather requirements and perform technical security operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in NOC/Monitoring
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, backup and security
  • Knowledge of ITIL and incident management
  • Availability for shift work

  • Experience with Control‑M
  • Knowledge of operations (order, hold, run, re‑run, schedules)
  • Log analysis, file transfers (FTP and MFT)

  • Routing and switching (VLAN, OSPF, BGP – operational level)
  • Administration of IPS (Fortinet)
