• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for leveraging the IFS finance module to meet organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and finance team members.
• Conduct complex analyses of financial processes, identifying opportunities for significant enhancements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Act as a key liaison between senior finance, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Oversee and manage large-scale IFS finance module projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
• Ensure the IFS finance system's compliance with global financial regulations and standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and financial management.
