About the role
- Design and maintain intelligent data pipelines.
- Lead our "Expert-in-the-loop" philosophy.
- Develop and deploy sophisticated multi-agent workflows.
- Evaluate emerging tools to determine where they fit in our stack.
- Own the development and optimisation of ML models.
- Take ownership of the "Whole Product".
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS/Math or equivalent.
- A track record of shipping.
- Professional-level Python.
- Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
- A deep understanding of Agentic/RAG architectures.
- Comfortable with GCP/AWS and modern CI/CD.
- Sharp English communication skills for a global, remote-friendly team.
