Product Manager

• Leading the definition and execution of the Ignite product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Partnering directly with PSPs to understand their requirements, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborating with development, design, and delivery teams to define requirements and deliver best-in-class payment integrations to eCommerce platforms
• Managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, monitoring adoption, and iterating based on client and market feedback.
• Acting as the voice of the client internally, ensuring the product meets commercial, technical, and end-user outcomes.
• Supporting go-to-market activities, including sales enablement, positioning, and client onboarding.
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at PSPs, merchants, and technology partners
• Driving forward a culture of continuous improvement, by constructively challenging the status quo and championing data-driven decisions.
