Own Your Process: Manage your pipeline, log activities in HubSpot (or similar), and track outreach consistently to ensure healthy pipeline coverage.
Learn & Adapt: Stay up to date on social engineering fraud trends, Trustmi’s solutions, and the competitive landscape.
Travel: Occasionally travel to support marketing events and company offsites.
Requirements
1–3 years of SDR experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Cybersecurity background is a plus, but curiosity and grit are more important.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and value-driven conversations.
Creative problem solver who finds new ways to break into accounts and start meaningful dialogues.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and resilient.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement software (Outreach, Orum).
Highly organized and able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
