DevOps Engineer

• Lead the DevOps infrastructure, plan and implement improvements following best practices
• Lead a small but growing team
• Serve as a local expert to assist R&D team members
• Integrate High-Availability and Security considerations in every aspect of your work
• Responsible for 7/24 Operations in a proactive manner (Deployments, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, SLA/OLA Management, Service Capacity Management, Service Problem Management, etc.) for the corresponding services

DevOps Engineer – Team Lead

Marketing

• · Build annual plans, prioritize budgets and execute regional marketing programs aligned to enterprise sales priorities, including events, roundtables, community programs, campaigns, and account-focused activations. Provide pre- and post-event planning, logistical and on-site support coordinating with vendors
• · Increase brand awareness of Trustmi with effective pre-, during and post-communications programs including social media, email, video and community channels.
• · Partner directly with AEs, SDR leader and engineering to support territory plans, target accounts, and deal acceleration efforts
• · Support major industry events such as RSA, Black Hat, and key fintech conferences, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
• · Collaborate closely with the alliances and partner sales teams to execute co-marketing campaigns, partner webinars, and joint event programs
• · Own contribution to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across field, partner, and event programs.
• · Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness.
• · Establish foundational programs for expanding new territories, on-boarding with new AEs, coordinated roadshows and pipeline generation events with internal and external partners.

Revenue Operations

• - Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with Trustmi’s business goals.
• - Optimize the entire revenue generation process, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
• - Analyze and report on performance metrics, with a focus on driving actionable insights and data-driven decision making.
• - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
• - Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
• - Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking team performance and revenue growth, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving challenges.

Head of RevOps

Performance Marketing

• Own pipeline targets (marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced) and forecast demand contribution.
• Design and execute an enterprise-focused demand generation and ABX strategy aligned to ICPs, buying committees, and revenue goals.
• Operate as a hands-on builder, personally driving campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Partner tightly with Product Marketing and Content leads to translate positioning, messaging, and launches into effective demand programs.
• Collaborate closely with Content Marketing to define themes, formats, and distribution strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Work day-to-day with SDR leadership to align campaigns, events, messaging, routing, follow-up motions, dashboards, and feedback loops.
• Partnering with product marketing and content to ensure message consistency, manage digital demand performance across website conversion and buyer journeys, paid media (search, social, targeted programs) and email and nurture programs.
• Define and track clear success metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, CAC signals, velocity, engagement). Partner with RevOps on attribution, reporting, and funnel visibility.
• Build and run field marketing programs in close alignment with Sales (regional events, exec dinners, small events, and account-focused activations). Establish community-building motions (customer, practitioner, or partner-led) that reinforce credibility, trust, and long-term engagement.
• Partner with the alliances/partner team to create co-marketed campaigns, webinars, and field programs that drive sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Develop repeatable field + partner programs that can scale as the sales org grows.
• Develop and scale webinars, virtual events, and executive programs that engage senior buyers and champions.
