About the role

  • Merge, build, and deploy engineering code across multiple environments.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning and scrum meetings with teams.
  • Proactively communicate ideas, issues, and challenges.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, FIC, etc.).
  • Execute release processes daily (alignment, monitoring, merging, building, revert, rollback).
  • Learn the product to assess and resolve conflicting priorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or 4 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Git (workflow and branch management) and/or GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices (daily stand-ups, test-driven development, etc.).
  • Strong ownership and commitment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and dedication to finding solutions.
  • Ability to handle critical demands in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • A good team player.
