About the role

  • Own the user acquisition strategy and execution for consumer-facing capabilities in the US market
  • Build, operate, and scale efficient acquisition engines across paid, organic, and partnership channels
  • Validate unit economics before unlocking meaningful spend
  • Create repeatable growth—grounded in data, discipline, and impact
  • Collaborate with a lean team combining AI with financial tools

Requirements

  • 7+ years leading growth at a high-growth B2C app or marketplace (mobile-first preferred)
  • Strong track record scaling user acquisition in competitive US consumer markets
  • Highly proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and full-funnel optimization
  • Equally comfortable in paid media platforms and building attribution infrastructure
  • Experience in proving unit economics with constrained budgets before scaling
  • Preferably US-based (or UK-based with a demonstrable and deep understanding of the US market)
