About the role
- Own the user acquisition strategy and execution for consumer-facing capabilities in the US market
- Build, operate, and scale efficient acquisition engines across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Validate unit economics before unlocking meaningful spend
- Create repeatable growth—grounded in data, discipline, and impact
- Collaborate with a lean team combining AI with financial tools
Requirements
- 7+ years leading growth at a high-growth B2C app or marketplace (mobile-first preferred)
- Strong track record scaling user acquisition in competitive US consumer markets
- Highly proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and full-funnel optimization
- Equally comfortable in paid media platforms and building attribution infrastructure
- Experience in proving unit economics with constrained budgets before scaling
- Preferably US-based (or UK-based with a demonstrable and deep understanding of the US market)
