About the role

  • Independently manage our clients in all accounting matters.
  • Prepare monthly and annual bookkeeping.
  • Maintain clients' monthly accounts, including digitalizing the accounting organization in our RZL accounting system.
  • Organize digital document transfer, professionally assess ongoing business transactions and adapt digital processes; receive and process clients' digital documents and import data (camt.053 bank files).
  • Advise our clients on establishing their digital accounting systems.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship/HAK/HLW/HBLA). A bookkeeping certification (WIFI or Akademie der KSW) is an advantage.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Solid experience using accounting software (ideally RZL).
  • Confident use of MS Office: .xlsx, .docx and .msg files are familiar to you and you enjoy working with them.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent and responsible working style.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork.
