About the role

  • Independently manage our clients' accounting matters
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist with tax returns
  • Monitor clients' monthly bookkeeping, including digitization of the financial organization in our RZL accounting system
  • Organize digital document transfer, provide expert assessment of ongoing business transactions and adjust digital workflows
  • Import and prepare clients' digital source documents and import data (Camt53 bank files)
  • Advise clients on implementing their digital accounting systems.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship/HAK/HLW/HBLA); a bookkeeping certification (e.g., WIFI or Akademie der KSW) is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Solid knowledge of accounting software (ideally RZL)
  • Confident use of MS Office; familiarity with *.xlsx, *.docx and *.msg and enjoyment working with these formats
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork.
