Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into elegant, user-centered interfaces.
Implement Scalable Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistent styling, accessibility, and performance across all platforms.
Drive Performance & Quality: Optimize rendering, reduce bundle sizes, and ensure frontend applications meet high standards for usability, speed, and stability.
Shape the Product Vision: Actively participate in product discussions, providing frontend insights that influence design decisions, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite, Storybook, ESLint, etc.).
Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience integrating APIs and working closely with backend teams (Node, Python, etc.).
Familiarity with design systems, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and component-driven development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance speed with code quality.
A deep passion for best in class user experience.
Bonus: Experience in AI/ML-driven products, or working within high-growth SaaS startups.
