About the role
- Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby.
- Build and enhance frontend features with React + TypeScript.
- Collaborate with the Product team on refining and exploring new tasks.
- Contribute to partner integrations and enhance the member experience.
- Own testing and quality, including Playwright end-to-end automation.
- Work in a collaborative, startup-style culture with proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Ruby, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Postgres.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and automation (including Playwright).
- Startup mindset: proactive, collaborative, passion for tech, low ego.
- Ability to work closely with a Tech Lead and integrate into a Scrum team.
- Based in Latin America (application asks “Are you currently based in Latin America?”).
